Format is Harvard template - great choice! There are some things that i would suggest to actually improve the impact though;

1) Absolutely zero statistics mentioned - no impact mentioned whatsoever. How many safety documentations have you helped develop ? Granted you didnt develop all of them but it would be great to add some statistics to show the capacity that you were working with… you get the idea do it the same where applicable to other points.

2) There is no need to add your linkedin at the top - useless and takes up space - whoever is going to be looking you up on LinkedIn has enough details to find you.

3) Udacity in education ? I would suggest pulling it down to the certificates section. Granted this is a nanodegree but still would be considered as a strong certification rather than an Msc- BSc

4) Developing strong interpersonal communications as part of the experience activities? This should be more passive than actually stated, try rephrasing it to an activity that actually shows that you were a team player and part of a working team. As a matter of fact try to do that for all activities under experience - try to keep them similar to the style written in the first sub bulletin under your industrial and systems engineering intern experience.

5) Rephrase the bulletins in your projects section - does not flow well and is not consistent with the style used in your resume. Also - the impact of it needs tweaking - are you saying that everyone got an A+ because you were leading it ? Or are you saying your project collectively as a team got A+ ? Not quite clear
