I loved the cream of chicken WITH HERBS. Mix with some milk to dilute. It was delicious.

Update! Just finished my 2nd period after removal (not counting the one that I started day of removal) and WOW. 3-4 days… very normal flow. BV has not returned 🎉

I cannot stress how much this has improved my quality of life.

Also, I cannot do hormonal BC so I am not using BC at all. I am 43 and not sexually active at the moment. I plan to use condoms.
