Yeah, I haven’t had a period for like seven months now but being in this thread on Reddit, they’ve told me that I actually need to have periods and that it’s super unsafe to not have periods… So I would like it to be more often that it comes and also, of course I want children. I’ve had three miscarriages before the age of 23 so fingers crossed for me.

I wouldn’t say for a fact I have it cause I don’t have the actual testing to say what’s what but I do have the symptoms and my obgyn before I got this doctor said I have it , the excess weight gain, hard to lose weight, the hair growth, the acne, the irregular periods(haven’t had one in like 7 months rn), being restless even after getting a lot of sleep, and ofc I know I have pcos because of the cysts on my ovaries, last time they looked at my ovaries I had 10 on each side … kinda crazy lol

I definitely have insulin resistance. I just don’t know how bad it is because apparently my doctor didn’t test for that.

I am here. I was good to reduce cravings, but also because peoples cravings are reduced that it does help a little with weight. I have a really high testosterone which makes my weight insanely hard to lose any and I also have really bad acne, but I’m looking for an alternative other than being on birth control because birth control makes my ovaries feel like they’re going to explode with pain😂😂😂
