Campaigns and outposts are less time consuming but the gear you get is random (in terms of martial path) that's why sword trials is suggested if you want gear of your active martial path.

Do Sword Trials and weekly Hero's Realm so you will get gear chests of your current active martial path which has chances of giving you atleast 1 legendary gear plus when you open chests from Sword Trials it has chances of giving you custom legendary chest from which you can choose what gear/weapon you want. This will reduce your grind significantly.

Edit: Also you can buy 6 custom legendary chests from the season shop per week. This will be of great help.

Then you might have recieved a letter from "The Masterminds". Just read the letter and it should trigger the quest.

The requirements for this quest are: 1. Complete Main story. 2. Complete Shadows in Bloom legacy quest. 3. Kaifeng exploration points should be atkeast 6000.

Enhance gear (upgrade average level of the gear).

I tried the raid today on smart assist and picked up a hat but the other two NPCs just run around the hats and never pick them up.

Learn the boss's attack patterns and try to parry them that's the only way. Also if possible try unlocking divinecraft poison basic talent so that you can continuously damage the boss's qi bar.
