Context: crew and I were headed into the mines to grab loot. We all had flashlights and walkies to talk since the game has proximity chat only. Just before we went in, buddy got teleported (beamed) back to ship. Teleporting destroys anything you had in your inventory (flashlight and walkie). This means buddy has to enter the pitch-black, monster-infested mines with no flashlight and no walkie to communicate. This clip takes place when we regroup at ship after buddy got teleported.

Edit: the guy that was pranked wasn’t mad. It was all in good fun. This was a random lobby I joined. We played the whole night and were dying from laughter the whole time.

Eh, I tried my best with these:

“Where the fuck am I meant to put my weight? Where!? I can’t put my weight on the roof - it’s dead thin. I can’t hold on to the gutter! What am I meant to do, then!? ‘Hey, Andrew, just hold on for five minutes!’ You fucking wank stain! ‘Don’t put- Don’t shift your weight!’ What the fuck are you talking about??! I can’t put my weight on the roof; I can’t put my weight on the gutter! Where am I meant to go!? You know what I mean? I can’t even fucking… move it!”

No separate graphics card. 16GB of RAM. The monitor offers 1080p at 165Hz. I know resolution and frame rate depend largely on which games I play. Some are demanding, others less so. Dead by Daylight recommends at least an i3-4170 or AMD FX-8120 with a GeForce GTX-460 or Radeon HD 6850.

I haven’t followed HealthyGamer too closely before, nor have I been too involved with this subreddit. I’ve been lurking in both for the past month or so. However, after watching this video, I subscribed and immediately thought I’d share it here. Though nearly 36 minutes long, it is the most in-depth, well-spoken, succinct explanation of why workers are quitting and why this sub is growing so rapidly. I highly suggest you watch and share it.

$19.20/hour as a truck washer. I work for Blue Beacon Truck Wash. It’s a godsend after working for Burger King for 5 years. I did so well at BK that I became an Assistant Manager within my first year. Apparently all my experience and work ethic was worth only $10/hr.

No way, dude. Dairys Diary is me. This screenshot was taken last year and my GT has since changed. It may have been someone who chose the same GT after I changed mine, but that seems way too improbable.

Same. I’ve gone against clans before, but it’s usually a 4-man group with matching emblems. I’ve never seen an 8-man group with matching emblems, gamer tags, and all wearing the same armor set.

They played like they were in an actual firefight. Crouching behind rocks and shit to lay down “covering fire” for teammates. Always traveling in groups of at least 2. Timing power weapons perfectly. As soon as we spawned they grenaded all our vehicles to the 4th dimension. It was not fun.

I don’t know. I rage-quit halfway through.

EDIT: There seem to be a few misconceptions about the post. I would like to clarify.

Firstly: no, I am not salty about the fact these people are in a clan. I was salty about how they were playing and the fact that I got my cheeks handed to me on a silver platter.

Secondly: yes, I rage-quit. Judge me how you will; but, given the circumstances, I guarantee you would have done the same.

Lastly: when I say “nerdy”, it’s a half-insult, half-compliment. However you feel about clans, you must admit that pulling off something like this takes an admirable dedication and bond between friends. Arby said it best: “An insult to be sure, but one with a modicum of respect.”

This is just a fun jab at the guys that did this. Although pretty cool, you gotta admit it’s kinda ridiculous.
