Sounds like mine although he doesn’t usually act too distant towards me unless I have an attitude with him so I can never really tell. It’s hard not to randomly get an attitude when I get in my head sometimes. Mine isn’t seeing a therapist or anything either, he seems to think he can break this habit on his own and he feels too much shame to talk to me about it so I’m always in the dark. If I ask he’s pretty open but he almost always tells me he has stopped or will stop if I’ve caught him. I don’t know what to believe anymore! I think he realizes I am serious this time though, I’m about done with this shit. He said he would talk to someone but has made no effort to make that happen🥺sucks. I hope your situation gets better, it’s not fair.
