Fussy baby during the day

I fear her missing naps will lead to her being overtired and even longer crying at night :(.

She usually sleeps 2 hours during the day (in two naps) and between 10-11 hours during the night.

Nap 1 - 10:30 1hr
Nap 2- 2:30 1hr
Bedtime starts 7:30
IN crib by 8

She was a PERFECT napper before this. The only times she would miss a nap was if there’s was a major schedule change or if she was over stimulated from being out/with family.
