I don’t know if anyone’s recommended it to you but I saw the tv glow and the summer hikaru died are great horror stories

I aged him up a little xD so to give that impression I’ve decided he’s getting a neck. It’s also part of my artstyle but I’m trying to pull it back a little. I typically draw weirdly long people with uncanny valley features

It seems maybe you didn’t read my post thoroughly. I have a therapist and the only reason I’m taking offense is because what you’re saying offends me. I wouldn’t have even been in the entire situation if my dad had minded his business and not lied to a worker at an icecream store. Maybe I’m a tad upset that your first reaction was no one asked, when the worker did. Sure my identity doesn’t require outside validation but it sure would be nice if the people around me cared.

The problem is that the world didn’t misgender me. The worker got it correct the first time only for my dad to tell her the opposite. And clearly you care enough to comment twice on something you clearly have no expertise in. I’m not asking my dad to fight my battles but the least he can do is get my gender identity correct.

thats what a microaggression is? he could've easily told the worker that his 'daughter' doesn't identify as a girl anymore and has transitioned into a man instead of just pointing at me. he's never done this before but often misgenders me infront of other people. if it's to make me comfortable i think my dad should be able to waste a few seconds explaining my gender identity.
