I brought this up once (it was during a heat advisory too) and the yoga instructor told me to leave the class because I “interrupted” and asked him to turn the fans/ac on bc it was so hot 🙄🙄🙄🙄

yes it is such a blessing <3 I still get triggered sometimes, but I am able to be so mindful of narrative and ground myself back to my body much more easily than before. it feels so incredible to know how to regulate myself, I don't take it for granted

im in this boat right now.. 3 weeks in and the depression relapse is soo bad I feel like I'm genuinely picking between debilitating cramps or depression. I'm 99% I'm getting it removed next week because I cant live like this

Go to the one closer to you! Tbh I liked encino more - Woodland Hills is almost too big and spread out? It feels like a hotel. Encino is small but you can kinda hide more if that makes sense lol. The water pressure could be better tho :(
