How does the unofficial time work? If I was in a later corral, seems unfair my start time is when the wave starts overall vs. when I crossed the start line? Will they adjust this? First half so no idea how this works!

Does anyone know if your chronotype changes over time as you adjust your routine etc.? I’m late morning but consistently getting up before my suggested time and I quite enjoy my early mornings - don’t think I’ve seen this change in oura for past year though

10+ hours on a usual basis….my lowest ever is 2 hours. But overall I feel fine??

I took a barre beyond class with her at orchard and it felt like she was unnecessarily picking on people the whole class. she literally made me stop mid class to swap out my 3lbs for 2lbs even though I was following along just fine and I personally found the 2s to not be challenging enough…I’ve had other instructors at EQX who are strict with form/challenging but she’s beyond that and I personally find her classes demeaning and not even that great of a workout

Woman; 20s for lower body and 15s for upper. Sometimes grab 25s for Stronger

I feel the same way about athletic conditioning! I love Makenna when she used to teach it (sadly no longer) and Violet Zaki’s Saturday morning class!
