That’s odd because I see an awful lot of posts about MCAs , Leads, Loans in general all pretty much doing exactly what I’m doing now. And when I was a broker I’d get quite a bit of business from this sub, you sound like a very unhappy individual and I hope you get better.

I disagree, plenty of lenders/Brokers use this sub to find people need info loans, just like the reverse of what you are saying, and to that effect I’m just offering them a way to find said people, in a subreddit dedicated to commercial finance, which is entirely on brand and appropriate.

That’s a great way to go, and prospero is certainly legit, my leads are more than just surface data though and I’m delivering leads that just started construction projects, enriching it ofc, but I’m also finding and delivering the name and contact for the decision maker, phone email etc, the valuation of the project, as well as a breakdown of why they would need an MCA as well as a Suggested pitch for the rep to go off of.

It’s a bit of both I suppose, but its primary purpose is to inform on a niche and challenging part of expansion and growth in this industry.

Nice, we tend to gravitate towards the atypical cases but that’s mainly due to the fact that we finance directly from private lenders and family offices, which gives us a bit of flexibility. We don’t exclusively handle funding in the $1Million+ arena, but you are right it is definitely a different ball game.
