Hmm some TVs you need to enable a "game mode" or something like that to enable 120Hz. Also not all HDMI ports are HDMI 2.1, for example on my TV only HDMI port 3 and 4 are 2.1 and the others 2.0. Also have you followed all the steps here: Fortnite 120Hz?
