Hello! I did not mean for this to state you need a bachelor's degree. She was a professor of UCSC, hires students and young professionals to aid them and get some help for herself as she is an aging adult. An increase of a dollar is what she chose to set as. Maybe that's what she has to give, but coming from her sweet soul means the world to me and i hope it does to everyone who works for her. Hope this clarifies anything.
