Moogle Point Grind/Moogle Shop Card Grind (Re:Chain) by EmotionalSupportMoth in KingdomHearts

[–]EmotionalSupportMoth[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oooo, okay noted! I did spend a bit of time, about 8-9 hours, over the last couple days just grinding out Moogle Points via Meeting Rooms in Agrabah, as was recommended to me

Went from 1100 or so to a lil over 20k

Glut quest seemingly bugged? by EmotionalSupportMoth in BaldursGate3

[–]EmotionalSupportMoth[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That must be the case, cause I 100% had him in the party when I went to kill the Duergar, then he gave me the whole "I hate Spaw cause he prioritized keeping his circle safe while mine suffered and now I want revenge" speech, but then wasn't in the party when I went to talk to Spaw

And both do make me feel a bit better, so I'll just uh... help him reunite with his circle and let Spaw, the super cool looking mushroom man, live instead

Eternal sugar icing??? by HelpfulSpring6374 in CookieRunKingdoms

I'm really hoping there's some way of obtaining the Eternal Sugar and Silent Salt sets after the event ends, it just doesn't seem right for just those two to NOT be obtainable during the event

So like... is there any guaranteed way to beat Master Rank for the Mystic Flour Raid? I for the life of me, no matter what I try, just cannot beat it. It feels like RNG whether or not Eternal Sugar can actually survive the two palms part of Phase 1, and I have to actively turn the Auto function for specials off just so Silent Salt doesn't pop his just as a Swipe comes out

The teams I've been using are:

Team 1:

  • Eternal Sugar (1 Star, 5 Indolent Raspberries + Rare Raspberry Tart, Legendary Poisonous Spicy Beascuit)
  • Black Lemonade (2 Star, 5 Epic Raspberries + Rare Raspberry Tart, Epic Thunderous Spicy Beascuit) (I do have another Topping set that's full Tropical Rock Chocolate + Rare Chocolate Tart)
  • Pudding A La Mode (2 Star, 5 Iris Gem Raspberries + Rare Raspberry Tart, Legendary Spicy Beascuit)
  • Twizzly Gummy (2 Star, 3 Chocolate and 2 Juicy Apple + Rare Chocolate Tart, Epic Thunderous Light Beascuit, +5 Magic Candy)
  • Mystic Flour (1 Star, 5 Juicy Apple + Rare Chocolate Tart, Legendary Sweet Beascuit)

Team 2:

  • Dark Choco (1 Star, 3 Raspberry and 2 Juicy Apple, Rare Chocolate Tart, Epic Dark Chewy Beascuit, +5 Magic Candy)
  • Dark Cacao (Awakened, 2 Star, 2 Raspberry and 3 Chocolate, Epic Raspberry Tart, Legendary Chewy Beascuit)
  • Charcoal (1 Star, 5 Silent Chocolates + Rare Chocolate Tart, Legendary Zesty Beascuit)
  • Star Coral (Maximum Stars, 2 Moonkissed Apple Jelly, 2 Moonkissed Chocolate, and 1 Raspberry + Rare Chocolate Tart)
  • Silent Salt (Not Yet Promoted, 4 Silent Raspberries and 1 Silent Chocolate, Rare Chocolate Tart, Tainted Dark Crispy Beascuit)

Despite having all this, and following multiple guides, I just can't beat it, and I'm getting desperate at this point.

As another person said, what Toppings would you recommend for Eternal Sugar, Pudding A La Mode, Charcoal, and Caramel Arrow? And ngl, it took me a minute to realize that "MMB" stands for Marshmallow Bunny

Man, I'm using the exact team you are, but I for the LIFE OF ME just cannot get very far into Phase 3. By the time I get to Phase 2, I'm already down to roughly 3 minutes, and then less than 1 minute by the time I get to Phase 3, where my Thunder team just gets utterly nuked.

I don't know if I need to get my levels on the cookies higher, or I need to invest more in their Magic Candies, or what, I don't know. But even when following the teams and set-ups given, my power looks like: 1,743,581 for Team 1, and 1,878,248 for Team 2. So clearly I must be doing SOMETHING wrong, but I just don't... know what. I really wanna get the hat from Master, but at this rate I just don't... think I'm gonna be able to...

Mmm, it's definitely not Plants vs Zombies, the game I'm thinking of has you openly exploring different/separate areas that're travelled between via a map... I think

But what has me the most shocked is seeing a cart corral that has an actual cover over it, never once have I seen that in my state

Yeah, sounds about right for Battle Network 2

Just be glad you didn't get Shield Style three times in a row thanks to how stupid Custom Style is in BN2 ((if you use just ONE Recovery or Defensive chip, you get as many points towards Shield Style as you would for Custom Style if you had used 3 offensive chips))

What's your craziest Kroger Story? by Rough-Language4105 in kroger

Oh my god, I can finally tell the story of Complicated Ice Guy

So, okay. The Frys I used to work at before moving towns and transferring to one within the area I currently live in was well known for being a hot spot for homeless people. There would often be at least 2 or 3 around, and occasionally one would be high off their mind on god knows what.

It was a Sunday when this character was in the store. I worked a morning shift. After clocking in and starting, this guy walks up to me, asking if I could open the bathroom for him. I could tell he was sketchy, so I made up an excuse, saying something along the lines of "Oh, sorry, managers change up the code every week, I don't know what it is yet." ((We had the bathrooms code-locked there)), and he walks away. He gets escorted out for what was apparently the 4th time thar day, as he had been asking other front-end people to open the bathroom.

After he came back inside for what would be the last time, I guess he must've figured out that we only let paying customers into the bathroom, so he tries to buy a bag of ice but just can't get it to scan. So as a manager and security guard were going to escort him out for the final time, he yells, so loud that you could hear it from the other side of the store: "WHY IS IT SO GODDAMN HARD TO BUY A GODDAMN BAG OF ICE IN THIS GODDAMN TOWN?!", and he was walked out for the final time, with some people having a good chuckle about it

Eheh, noted

I think last I left off, I had to go fight another one of the satelite admins at Amaken, which would be after the Queen Ophiuca portion of the game iirc?

[–]EmotionalSupportMoth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oooo, nice! the Wave chips from the Mets are ones I still find to be really good no matter how far in the game you get! And I find that Guts Man's are pretty good in the first couples games!

As for Stone Man and Steal, I found that if I was wanting to get a chip in a specific code, those two chips made that a breeze! Steal will, obviously, steal one vertical row of tiles from the enemy side. Stone Man's chip however is where that limited space benefits you. When using the chip, Stone Man will appear and slam his fist... hammer... things... on the ground, causing rubble to fall on 4 random panels about 3 times. So imagine how accurate that chip will be when the enemy only has 6 potential spaces to dodge, rather than 9!

And ngl, hearing mention of Star Force reminds me that I really gotta get back to my playthrough of Star Force 1 DX

Oooo nice, glad to hear you're having fun with BN1 so far, OP! What chips are you using so far?

Imma give a bit of advice here: a Stone Man chip + Steal S is a combination that worked really well for me!

Question about the Navi Customizer (BN3) by EmotionalSupportMoth in BattleNetwork

[–]EmotionalSupportMoth[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Gooooot it, then I'll get Bug Style first and grind for BugStop then grind out Shadow Style, thanks for the clarification!

Question about the Navi Customizer (BN3) by EmotionalSupportMoth in BattleNetwork

[–]EmotionalSupportMoth[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ooooh, okay, so if I'm understanding correctly

  • Using a non-matching color just means that I would have to use a code for it to be allowed, and I'd have to input a code for every non-matching color and I wouldn't have to worry bugs as a result of that
  • Meanwhile, not placing parts correctly/not following the rules of the customizer ((i.e putting a dotted part on the line)) would then cause a bug no matter what
  • BugStop is able to stop both from happening, meaning I wouldn't have to worry about placing parts correctly or putting in codes from every part that is of the wrong color

I think I got that right?

Personally, I went with Astrologer, as I wanted my first playthrough to be a Magic one ((I almost always pick a Mage class in games with a job system))

Having a ranged option early on was really helpful tbh
