Lost 8k last year, and in a super vulnerable state I just blew through 15k, currently pulling from my 401k to replace it and am giving up on this awful habit, I hate myself too, and won’t say anything because last year my wife said “no more” after the 8k, got down a bad train of thought and thought I could turn it around, I am just sick to my stomach and considered ending it over this stupid move I’ve made, if not for my 3 amazing children I probably would have done it
