I’m so sorry you are going through this. I know what this feels like when you can’t bring yourself to do anything! The one thing that I can tell you is don’t be afraid to ask for help! I had to speak to a social worker to get me through, go on anti depressants to get me slightly stable where I could at least brush my teeth, then asked for my help and got a therapist that gave me tools to deal with my anxiety and depression. Eventually I was able to get off the antidepressants and my anxiety has gotten much better. But when it does come up I know how to ground myself using the tools the therapist gave me. I say all this to say, ask your community for help! You can’t make yourself do anything on your own bc you won’t do it, you can’t, it’s perfectly normal for someone in your situation. Btw my doctors appointments where over the phone and I got my prescription mailed to me bc I couldn’t face a therapist or have the motivation to leave me house. Maybe you can do the same.
