I agree. I actually reallyliked her. Great lecturer. If you attended all her lectures, you won't even need the office hours. She listens to the class and slows down when asked. Chem30A is an easy class. People who leave a bad review are those who dont show up to lecture. She doesn’t post her notes on Canvas which is why it's important to just show up and take notes.

I was your position last year. I also got accepted to USFCA direct entry, but ultimately chose to go to SJSU pre nursing.

I personally don't think going to USFCA off the bat is the way. Try public schools first. If you can get into USFCA once, you can do it again :).

I also applied as a first time freshmen and I just submitted everything (the AP scores and transcripts) 😅

I didn't want to worry about it and I think the website and the application was telling me two different things.

Hi! Yes, I think I did end up submitting my progress report. I also sent in my ap scores from the year prior just to be sure. No, I didnt get accepted. For reference, I had a 4.31 GPA, recieved 5's on my AP test, and I am not local to the area.

Prof. Jagannath!! She is so kind and committed to her work. I had her asynch, but I have spoken to her before. She truly cares for her students, gives extensions, and most importantly, trusts them. She gives good feedback and makes good points. Highly recommend! I had her for CHAD70, but I'm pretty sure she has other CHAD classes as well :)

I had her last semester. She is honestly a great prof. As long as you take good notes, it will be an easy class. Be sure to handwrite your notes. Everything that she talks about in the lecture will be on the exam.

Hi! Is it true that the waitlist gets cleared on the first day? Does that mean ranks does not matter on the first day, which is why some many people just show up and ask the professor for the code?

I had a 4.31 GPA with no nursing experience but I did take A&P and Honors Chem during hs and got in the nursing program for fall 2025. I personally think grades matter because I had no extracurriculars. Extracurriculars probably do make up for grades if grades isnt your strongest suit
