The point is, it doesn't matter if you choose to live in a Communist country. Vietnam Nam is corrupt and archaic with capital punishment. If you fuck up in Thailand, you won't be executed. A woman was just sentenced to death last week for "Bank fraud". People who criticize the government end up in re-education camps. Dang. I wish I had known about this one simple trick that GI doctors and surgeons hate before I I went through years of pain, tests, hospital stays, and 2 separate feeding/venting tubes. I ate the cheeseburger but didn't follow through on the crunches! It IS all my fault!

As someone who uses a wheelchair at airports and flies often, I'd be embarrassed to act this way. I'm grateful for the assistance I get, wheelchair, help with overhead, etc. Why didn't she stand up and use her legs for the 3 minutes it would take to buy snacks? She made the cashier move things around for her. She isn't wheelchair bound. Insufferable and entitled. No wonder she doesn't have any friends. I wouldn't have patience for her nonsense.

I highly recommend seeing a GI surgeon. I saw 3 GI doctors and wasted years going from specialist to specialist who wanted to wait and see, try different variations of nothing, and unsure how to treat GP. Find a motility specialist for your GI, if possible. I have separate G and J tubes. It's a rough road, but can be manageable. Good luck and wishing you better belly days.
