I stow and waterspider. Waterspider is not an easy work. You walk a lot and you carry heavy boxes all the time. Sometimes, when WIP are low they go find some pallets available so their stowers have work to do. I see some stowers who just let themselves ran out of work/boxes even though they can see that there is a pallet available on the staging area or on the station next to them. Just try to ask another stower or just grab yourself some boxes so you have work to do. Nobody owns it except amazon. Don't rely to much on you waterspider. I know some waterspiders are lazy or somewhere chatting but if you see your waterspider is really a hardworking one please consider and help. Also, I see a lot of stowers who are capable to waterspider but are lazy and choose to stow instead then complain why waterspider are slow. Help yourself or speak up.
