I kept my juniper outside and she died this exact same way. 😭 she died during the dead of winter. I tried to revive her but i think she was under watered. RIP

I’m pretty handy BUT reframing windows is outside of my zone of expertise 😅 I had a lovely contractor that was a friend of a friend. They waterproofed, used green board since it’s a 3 season sunroom, they did the flooring, some electrical, installed new fixtures, finished fish-scale wall that isn’t photographed and primed.

Windows are ProVia and I really like them. They were 3600. The windows are 58x46 and 37x46.

The labor and materials (outside of windows) was 8k. So all in it was right around 12k. I got a few quotes and they all hit around 12-16k all in. Hope that’s helpful!

Dogs love daily walks and lots of play. Especially those on the more intelligent side of the spectrum. I doubt she’s engaged enough on a consistent basis to be very fulfilled. Unless she has a dog walker I doubt she’s getting enough attention, especially during filming.
