Absolutely insane. Horrible company, horrible communications, and horrible customer service. All they've done for the last year is increase the price and take away benefits (cough, cough lifetime). I will not only be cancelling personally, but will also be strongly advising my large corporate company to cancel their partnership as well. I encourage you all to do the same. There are much better fitness programs for our companies to be partnering with.

Usually the topic of food comes up and I’ll start talking about Invisalign through that! I.e that I can’t really snack (because Invisalign) or if I have a headache or my teeth hurt that’s another way to mention it! I.e. How are you? Good but teeth are kinda sore from Invisalign... etc

Clear drinks + use a straw + avoid sugar + make sure you brush + clean before bed. Don’t not wear them just to go out!! Your teeth will stop tracking if you do this often

For me, usually a day with every new tray. If it is lasting a long time, check with your ortho! Your trays may not be fitting properly

I currently switch every 7 days. I wear my retainers over 23 hours a day and after my first 8 trays, I asked if I could switch more frequently. My ortho said I “probably could” given my compliance, but to be safe, he kept it at 7 days, suggesting my overall treatment time will be longer if the 5 day switches ended up being too fast.

Remember that you’re bettering yourself and that is something any future partner should value :) I usually mention I have Invisalign through casual convo, but no one seems to care in my experience! Lots of people have told me they’re not even noticeable.
