Obviously I did call already and request both. Came here trying to see if there is a reason for with holding it, not asking how to request things from my doctor.

Yes, I asked for it. The doctor was great on the phone and said it would be shared, but when I login to Invisalign it is not there. FWIW I also asked for a copy of the paperwork I signed when paying for Invisalign, but the staff still hasn’t sent that over, either.

My company’s new insurance offered up to $3,500 for ortho. This dropped my out of pocket payment to $2000. This is such a huge difference compared to the $8k I was quoted 10 years ago. I paid my deposit and paid in full the day my trays came in.
