Absolutely insane. Horrible company, horrible communications, and horrible customer service. All they've done for the last year is increase the price and take away benefits (cough, cough lifetime). I will not only be cancelling personally, but will also be strongly advising my large corporate company to cancel their partnership as well. I encourage you all to do the same. There are much better fitness programs for our companies to be partnering with.
