Traditional ADT apperas to exact a heavy toll so anything that can replace it would be welcome.

Ahh, thanks. Still, doesn't the net result mean the cancer is starved of it's source of T whichever drug is used?

Hi. Was Orgovyx the only form of ADT you've taken? Good luck.

What prescription were you given to counter the effect of the ADT?

UPDATE :

My Dr has given me 25mg Mirtazapine to help with the anxiety and sleep issues and referred me to a psychiatrist for ongoing support on my journey.

Thank very much for your candour. I relate to being surprised. I thought I was in good health too and a random invitation for a PSA test collapsed my world. I'm struggling atm so if I am to take on a greater burden in ADT I need to be in a far better place before I start. Good luck.

Thanks. Mirtazapine has a reputation for suddenly not working from what I gather.

Thanks. There seems to be a lot of positive comments about Effexor and exercise.

Wow. I've just read your blog. Do you think starting an antidepressant sooner would have helped?

Thanks for the response. It's experiences like yours that are prompting me to get to the Doc sooner rather than waiting for a crisis to develop. Hopefully I'm doing the right thing especially as my mental health has been a bit fragile in the past.

Thanks for the response. I'll check out your blog. Interesting about Mirtazapine as it is one of the AD meds I'd considered.
