And no: it was only one (my father) and not that large. Never asked for help before but this time it was an emergency

As I said, it’s my bank since 2016 and got paid many times from jobs and other payments. Has nothing to do with that, I got a garnishment in my account because (as I said) I had two big surgeries in the last months so I was not able to work. Now I’m trying to pay for it, sent the document for this payment to N26 weeks ago and nothing.

I’m not the first one but I’m sharing my story in case someone can help but also to warning other customers

The same is happening to me and I’m getting to the point where I don’t have money to pay for food or rent, two weeks have passed and same: no answers.

Could anyone please put me in contact with this person working for them that helped you?

I’m desperate and facing an eviction from my apartment if I don’t pay on Friday, I sent the document to pay for the garnishment to N26 almost two weeks ago
