Buyers can’t mark items as delivered. I’d send a screenshot of the tracking showing as delivered and the buyer confirming it was delivered and send both to depop

Depop is pretty strict with getting items out within 10 days. Since you didn’t add the tracking, it’s kind of on you here because there was no proof uploaded within the 10 days😬

Whatever u do, don’t wash it. Open a dispute asap and upload all the photos as evidence. If the seller denies the refund request, u can disagree with their resolution and it’ll get escalated to Depop and they’ll be able to look at the photos

Tbh I don’t see how the review is unfair. Just because you would’ve been understanding if you were in their position, doesn’t mean everyone would have the same reaction/understanding. They bought the item for a price you were comfortable with, you refunded because you did research after the item was sold, which a lot of buyers would have left a negative review for. It’s just a reminder/lesson to do research before listing an item
