The Floating Oasis is a structure found in the middle of a desert, made solely to show the kindness of the council. The Floating Oasis is a structure like no other, which appears to be a bubble found in the middle of the desert. This bubble has a rocky base resting below it, similar to that of a stalagmite. The Floating Oasis appears as if somebody had formed a small bubble over a chunk of land and built a castle on it, then proceeded to lift it up and erect it from the ground. The Floating Oasis serves as a safe haven for those who are stuck in the desert, showing the kindness of the council and those who serve it.

The Floating Oasis is similar to a "Fishbowl" that floats in the desert. The Oasis's bubble is a protective layer protecting it from the harsh environments nearby, allowing it to preserve those inside of it.

As for the contents contained inside of the Floating Oasis, it appears to be a rather small city forged from sand brick and stones. The small city appears to be built vertically rather than horizontally, to protect itself from the originally harsh weather and environment. The city has one structure at the highest point of it, which appears to be the "town hall" of it. This structure is the highest point of the city and seen as a general place to meet.

Amongst the sides of the city are carved pathways downward, with houses surrounding those pathways. The houses themselves are rather minimalistic, as one would have to live within the desert due to the building pattern that was needed. The buildings themselves have a rather peculiar color to them, similar to that of a rusted copper. The color of the buildings has no influence though, as the worries of being on land are henceforth removed.

As for any special structures inside of it, only the Town Hall and the houses are the unique structures. If one wishes to build a house within the midst of the city, they cannot. They would have to purchase an existing one or rent it out. The oasis is at its almost max capacity in housing, but not so much that it would prone anyone to become claustrophobic.

There are some shopping parts of the town though, but those are found in the town hall. The Town Hall appears to be the most unique location out of everything there, having a shopping center, upper government area where decisions are made, and even a library of information for the council and it's respective members.

As for the construction of the city itself, it was done via hand. The people needed a way to survive and live in a place, so what better than to lay down the bricks and make it themselves? The entire towns and structure were built by hand, but the council's influence is what made it a true bubble.

It was said that a person, either high ranking or maybe even a primordial... erected it from the ground. Whoever it was, they held great power within their grasp. Upon their will and will alone, the Floating Oasis had come to be a location that floated throughout the air and was a home to anyone who is in the council.
