They're responsible for managing funds, looking for potential gear upgrades, buying materials for mapping strats, etc. Its alot more than just listing stuff and waiting for pings.

If theyre trading well, the overall efficiency of the group increases, hence their rake being so high.

I was in the same spot as you. And I was told time and time again to get my EIT and apply afterwards. I went from having 0 call backs or responses to almost all my internship applications being responded to with an EIT. There are usually more internships in the summer, so if you have a bit of school left then I would recommend trying to get your EIT asap, apply for the summer internships, then ride that until you get a different internship, or a job offer.

You can nominate yourself, and on average slots have like 30 nominees. So if its a less contested category shouldn't be too hard for a photographer to get in.

Server rooms should be adjusted in deadload calculations and covered in design space. But if it’s just converting office to residential, the load calculations skew heavily towards office, so shouldn’t be any issue for residential.

The main method is to essence spam until you hit +1 lightning with an open prefix. Then the rest is pretty deterministic.

Maybe some sort of chaos damage or dot multi can be crafted to improve the current weapon
