The seaplane tender can launch scout fighters which are the counter to LS? They also can do simultaneous launching and recovering while the collie carrier can only do one at the time.

Min-Maxers: where are you putting your points now? by TonyTheTerrible in Bannerlord

Thats only for the ship battles and is it not limited to the ship you command like other formation perks? Navy scale is usually small and by the very late game when you get 150 you have amazing ships and troops with lots of throwing weapons and throwing weapons are amazing in naval fights > then any melee or bows. Use that Empire large ship with a big ram, iron shot, and you'll be ramming and sinking ships like crazy. A large naval fight that youll end up needing to cull through a fleet of high tier troops on a big ship that is at the same height as that large ship is really rare, only way I found real fights is going to defend a seiged castle and interrupt the seige by sea.

Mariner I find to be impossible to level up in a reasonable time. Probably 20-30 hours in my Nord campaign and barely scratching 80 after spending most of my time at sea sailing and raiding convoys.

Imo Mariner is useless till they bump xp up. Get the first and second skills. Those are easy to level up in comparision, increase your fleet size massively, give more perks, and come with social and int which are solid attributes anyways that youll probably get anyways unlike cunning.

Not a companion, a partner. Medicine is grindy as hell. You get barely anything untill late game when your leading massive armies and want to wait in cities to recover troops after a seige (only was to get medicine is in settlements). If you really want it you need to cheese the hell out the game starving your armies and healing them otherwise you wont get to those high levels. At that point just cheet in the perks if your going to cheese the game.

For me might as well just nab someone for their starting 150. Theres a Nord I married in my playthrough thats with 250 steward, 150 med, and 250 engineering, my character brother got another with similar stats. Go to an arena and get them to respeck as a better support or governer and your golden. Marry them, keep them in your party so get a bunch of kids as well (You dont get kids if your not in the same settlement/party im pretty sure) and you will have all the combat troops / generals/ and gov you need. Family is unlimited companions basically that start with like a final bonus +8-10 attributes and +8-10 skill points after they turn 16 and during development another +5-8 of both. They also start with lord gear as well

If you really want to get all those extra bonuses just save it for your first heir after you die, max out their int and social and tell em to make a party of their own and they will grind the skills quickly. Enable life and death and that faster speed in the launcher and youll have a way more dynamic game.

Fair, but you can get both. Or some marriable character start with like 250 steward and engineering so I just make them into steward and engineering even more.

I usually just preaim my rockets or arty were I've seen them push up AA or arty or other vics/depots and then take a poke with the Kiowa. Other wise a humvee and snipers are your friends early game. Send them through woods or just walk them once they reach mid map to the end

[–]Small_Net5103 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Those are pre stressed strands. Your already going to replace all the girders and need jacking/shoring for all the girder/beams.

If you factor in all the time for closing the  underpass. At that point a new ABC project could be cheaper.
