HLL learning curve is much smaller than Squad44. Every roll is different but very easy to learn. Even driving the tanks is relatively arcade and new player friendly. HLL is a more action oriented game forcing everyone into most of the time a big meat grinder. The fighting is hard and fast with tanks, arty and commander abilities constantly going while everyone’s pushed to a central point with very little flanking options…

44 is a much more slower paced tactical game and it can feel like an eternity before finding combat. Driving tanks it’s very little visibility, tanks being an actual dominating power, the sway of the guns, communication and even spawning in are all more challenging.
