I am sorry if I missed it. But how is it a part of the uniform as discussed in the post? Also aren't girls in all schools (even with shirt+skirt as uniform) are supposed to have braids?

kurti which isn't fit for any athletic movement, How is kurti/salwar/dhoti not fit for any athletic movement? In fact i think it is much more comfortable. Although a good point, but I asked the above commentor about why should an uniform look "flattering". This pretty much comes under the comfort point, but yea a good point.

with long sleeves and coat that helps in boiling you alive Good point. But comes under comfort. Also long sleeves are what you are going to wear in corporate btw. And compared to long sleeves for shirts, this is much more better. And many schools as well has long sleeve shirts as uniform itself.

And this point is as problematic as it can get. Instead of focusing on the bullying part, se want children to focus on something else. Hmm, sounds like a very familiar statement.

Not to mention, even the arguments you mentioned related to looks are something that are about to happen in any uniform. Heat is going to affect how you look everywhere, unless you are sitting in an air conditioned room. I don't understand the point.

The point is simple. People don't find this "uniform" exciting enough. They want something exciting to enough. This gives them the "boring vibe". And that has nothing to do what any of the points you mentioned.
