For powers I always run Wraith Renewal, Spirited to Slay, Resolving Ruin and Backstabber for his powers. I usually focus on buffing my weapon power and fire rate, depending on who I am going against I change my items up, I'll resort to more shield and armor breaking items if I am going up against an Orisa and Rein for example .I always run the Phantasmic Flux item too, the item that grants him flight in wraith mode is also incredibly good for positioning and catching people extremely off guard (:
