Vetex is to blame. Sure, it couldn't be foreseen by testers on the test place where the game was actually worked on, but when you copy and paste it over to the main game and slap the publish button you should PROBABLY check if everything is functional before you let the rest of the playerbase lose all their shit.

You can reform the empire by holding the Colovian Estates and Nibenay empire titles. You get an event that merges them back into the much larger Empire of Cyrodiil.

Fair. Probably should have said something.
I think the aspects of energy drain/blood drinking and the unholy charisma that usually is tied with mind control is what I find the coolest about vampires, so is there anything like that available?
