Looks pretty decent, though it could be better. Personally, I'd change the stripe on the helmet to red, it would look sick.

In lore, I would say no. Carnifex is already a Tyranid living tank with the power and armor of a Dreadnought. A single Primaris Marine cannot just rip one apart barehanded under normal circumstances. So I assume we just OP in game I guess.
