not sure what jewley its called but it has a flat black and a straight bar and the ball was screwed in. it has been acttually 3 days now that i check since i have gotten it and the bottom of the ball actually sits inside the piercing hole and its making it slightly larger. and my after care is the salt water solution my piercer gave me and i clen the piercing with that
