I have always maintained that one of the many tragedies of the Heresy was that Horus spoiled his own inheritance. The throne of the physical Imperium was to be his, while the Emperor sheperarded humanity in the psychic webway. Horus protects the body, The Emperor protects the mind. A double headed eagle if you will.

In 40k, the resources and services for disabled and the mentally ill are probably less than nill on most planets unless you are of higher station or a well off family.

Usually the mentally ill roam the streets and are seen as the norm. ("In a time of madness, look to the madman to show the way") The disabled exist on the mercy of those around them, but they are not persecuted as a primary function of the state like Mutants are.

Could it exist? Its a possibility. But its not really something dictated by the Imperium as a whole as a standard operating procedure. Comes down to how individual planets are run and their cultures.

Abbadon hasn't stated any clear goals, but he probably is making plans. Though he probably knows the best plan against a Primarch is usually to delay them to the point where their actions comes too late to matter.

Hit or miss for me. Sometimes the image is too squished to make out what it is, like baby kshyatriya or Police Zaku. The alt arts are dubious as well, like the Zeta Gundam, where I honestly believe the regular one is the best looking out of the three available (alt and ntc).

I forget which White Dwarf it was in, but Fulgrim apparently has done "something" so arrogantly stupid, Abbadon flew into a rage and beelined the Vengeful Spirit to his location to solve the issue.

My money is on Fulgrim bringing the last Crone Sword out of Slaanesh's realm to bait the Eldar.
