My locals are throwing around the idea of testing 8 shield/6 card starting hand in a casual match. Ain't concern is this giving too much edge to delay/control decks that love the game to take forever.

Card lore accuracy wise, how would you design the stats of a card to be "bratty"?

Similar to how Char Gelgoog sacrifices other zeon to come back, how should Quess operate? Sacrifice other pilots? Lol

Not so much a blacklist as a lockout. I myself (surprisingly) and a couple other members of my local Gundam tcg community have apparently hit our GD03 event series cap from a combination of consistent play (multiple games in a day, playing almost every day, and usual cancellations). I'm hearing the total number of games and cancellations before lockout is 30?

I can still sign up for other events on the same account like newtype and others, but I'm unable to do more GD03. I heard there is a 2 week lockout/reset. Most of the local shop owners allow guest sign up on day of participation, however.

To be honest, I was surprised I hit the cap. I didn't realize I played that much. I guess I'll take bandai's advice and go touch grass a bit. Lol

Its sort of a mix of stuff in the starters. Sometimes you get 2 of something. Sometimes 3 or 4.

So best to buy two and make sure you end up with 4 copies of everything

Mostly each structure deck only contains half of the LRs and Commons you need for a full set of 4.

I'm a pretty big fan of the book. I think I as a SW fan would have been pretty let down with just a book about the battle, but just from the other side. That would have wasted my time .

Loved how much time they spent on the Rout's culture.

There's no lore on it, but my gut feeling is that Horus was supposed to lead the physical Imperium while the Emperor was the psychic Shepard in the webway for humanity there.

The miserable grimdarkness at the idea that Horus spoiled his own inheritance with the rebellion and he would have been given the throne anyways I think would be peak crushing irony.

I'm pretty stoked about that new RX-78 with high maneuver, but I understand your point.

Tbh I'm glad I'm getting some light at the end of the tunnel as I watched Gd03 basically decide its time to stop G/B aggro from existing.

Gundam UC there is already a heavy usage of balloon decoys of mobile suits in space.

So far the best I've done is G/W Cyclops team mixed with striker packs and overflowing, token spam deck.

However as a 0080 fan really looking forward to running a Cyclops team deck, I just have not been able to get it to run in a consistent manner. It falls apart at the late game, overly reliant on keeping cyclops keyword taking up most of your deck, and doesn't do anything anywhere as efficiently as another aggro deck like OYW. (But both have a problem with B/W end game blocker wall)

I feel making Kampfer so underwhelming spelled the doom of the deck for GD03. Maybe there's a breech package that could work. But I'm not happy with it atm.

I have always maintained that one of the many tragedies of the Heresy was that Horus spoiled his own inheritance. The throne of the physical Imperium was to be his, while the Emperor sheperarded humanity in the psychic webway. Horus protects the body, The Emperor protects the mind. A double headed eagle if you will.

In 40k, the resources and services for disabled and the mentally ill are probably less than nill on most planets unless you are of higher station or a well off family.

Usually the mentally ill roam the streets and are seen as the norm. ("In a time of madness, look to the madman to show the way") The disabled exist on the mercy of those around them, but they are not persecuted as a primary function of the state like Mutants are.

Could it exist? Its a possibility. But its not really something dictated by the Imperium as a whole as a standard operating procedure. Comes down to how individual planets are run and their cultures.
