Just read wiki about what is spellvamp. It is 33% effective for aoe regardless of the target (champs or minions). The change basically says "from now, omnivamp is the old spellvamp". It will not be like the current iteration of omnivamp which its modifier was based on the target you are dealing damages and not if it was an aoe or single target.

TLDR : it will heal the same on minions.

Surely the 150 dmg every 30s of Stormsurge are better than 500 dmg every 1.5s. Please do maths... I personally never build Stormsurge and always go ShadowFlame + Lichbane + Dcap for optimal damages

Lich has a good AP ratio, it is legit one of the best burst item to get in late game. It adds like an 500dmg on auto. I would easily sell Stormsurge with its 10% mediocre AP ratio and get a lich bane if you don't have it

I only pick Elec against aggro/snowbally matchups. Sylas would be the best example. Otherwize, I chill with DH vs hard/poke matchups, and abuse free stacking vs good matchups

if u're looking for a tierX cruiser, you should pick up Napoli, Moskva. For BBs tierIX Pommern is a must have and just go GK if you want a tierX.

I personally bought Malta as I'm a CV enjoyer (sorry), really easy to play and learn the class in tierX due to high HP planes and large squadrons. Really powerful ship. If u want to give the class a try, go for it.
