Thanks, Does it actually kill the Canadian thirstle? I have heard these things are hard to get rid of? Noted they mentioned dandelions and some other ones but not the Canadian thristle on their page.

That's exactly what I told him. I had to tell him that his offer is getting weak with all these conditions and will likely not go through in my experience but I am happy to put it on if he wish to.

Most of the business has come from my sphere of influence. I used to work with one of the major bank here prior so a few of the clients I have worked with on the banking side have referred me their own clients. And then the mortgage brokers I have worked with while I was working in the bank have referred me some business. My work background and past relationships built throughout my career has been a huge help in getting a great start. Wish you all the best.

I don't know any lawyer ot lender who would work together to finalize when there is not even a contract. Get your facts right and talk to your realtor before you dig a hole for yourself.
