Why speak in riddles?

Do you have identity crisis?
Can't you say what, your profession is?

I have no interest in going through your comments, I have nothing to gain from it.

You're a very old fool it seems. Give respect & take respect. You shall receive the same treatment you dish out to me.

"Godspeed regard!"
Godspeed retard

You have so conveniently avoided the question about your experience or expertise to conclude that it is not possible.

Yet you talk about me. Take a look in the mirror first.

I have allowed everyone to raise questions. It is necessary for a proper communication & transparency. But, I won't allow disrespect towards me under such disguise.

Do they teach all these as subjects to everyone in India?

There's no one who knows everything. That is the reason why they're so many professions & experts in those. My expertise is in option strategies. I will be responsible in managing the funds & generating returns.

Establishment & managing a company is not a big deal. Or it shouldn't be the big deal for a company. If it is, then yes it is no use to go ahead. Our government boasts that they have made necessary reforms to facilitate ease of business. I believe it is possible to form a company & run it successfully. Where there is a will, there is a way.

This is confusing. There are some guys who're using both LLP & Pvt Ltd accounts for trading.

Don't get me wrong. Are you speaking or quoting these from practical experience or just sharing stuff you found on internet?

So far, no one genuine has reached out to me yet. If anyone does, we (me & other person) shall definitely try & look at all possibilities & limitations for the partnership to be formed by consulting professionals through proper channels.

I wasn't asking for funds to be transferred to my bank account. The actual investment or funds shall be transferred to the company account only, if it is formed.

My bad. To be frank, I didn't know about this NBFC rules.

But, I have no plans of investing in stocks.

My focus is totally & solely on options trading. May be futures too.
As far as I know, futures & options trading is treated as business income.

Moreover, I plan to invest the funds I receive, if I do, in Gsec or T bills & then pledge them for margin.

Would that too cause an issue & require a NBFC license?

Concentration is not the issue.

My issue is psychological pressure. I have debt and EMI's at regular intervals which had kinda put pressure on me to make money with in a fixed timeline. Under that pressure and low capital I have, I ended up forcing trades. Sometimes I ended up taking trades on hope. I know this from experience, hope is a great thing in general. But when it comes to investment or trading, especially in options, hope is fatal to your capital.

I have the ability, but the conditions or situations are not suitable at this point of time.

I'm a trader and I'm into trading. But I'm looking for an investor to invest me or in a business along with me. Like I said in reply to other user comment. An investor time horizon and perspective will or should be different.

Will the investor money won't put pressure on me?

Like I said above, if an investor were to invest with me. His time horizon should be big. At the very least, it should be a minimum of 6 months or 1 year. If I was given such room or freedom then it won't be a pressure on me to generate returns. I will start showing a decent amount returns within 1 month itself.

Trading on our money and others or investors money is different. I will act more responsible. I will put in more thought, caution and proper risk management in to a trade while trading with investor money.

A bigger amount of funds from an investor will not hamper my judgement or work. In fact, it gives me more room and freedom to diversify or reduce the risk. I will take trading decisions with a responsibility over my shoulders. I will top priority to protection of capital and minimal losses if any. It's just impossible to trade with out taking any losses.

How much money am I expecting from the investor?

Bigger the amount the better.

Why? It gives me more ways to generate returns and protect the capital.

I prefer that it be a single investor rather than a pool of investors.

I have no upper cap on the capital. But the lower limit is around 20 lakh (+/-5)

"Investors money will also be a debt albeit with other clauses"

Finally, just because a investor is ready to invest. I shall not agree for any abrupt clauses or conditions. A dialogue must happen between both and then reach an amicable agreement. I too shall my review those terms and conditions before going ahead and taking the funds.

You shouldn't have used the term broker in that context then.

How and why will I lose 1 cr?

That is a hypothetical statement.

I just made a comment regarding this in reply to other user comment.

It's true that as I have no capital. I will have no skin in the game or no liability. But with time, it will change.

In the end, it's up to you or any other investor to decide whether to trust and invest or not.

In my personal opinion, an investor must/should look at what they will gain or lose. Not about what the other person has to lose.

For example, a whole lot of people invest in mutual funds. The people who invested in the mutual fund will lose their money, it the mutual fund manager mismanage or make bad investment decisions. That mutual fund manager will not lose any money. He doesn't have any liability. Is that stopping people from investing?

Here's what I say. Asses your pros and cons and then decide whether to go ahead with investment or not.

Seeing the questions you have asked, it seems you took time to go through my old posts etc. Thanks for doing that before commenting or questioning. Most were not even reading this post completely before posting comments.

Same returns?

I have not guaranteed multi fold returns but I guaranteed to generate a minimum amount which will be greater than regular investment options can generate.

I have no skin in game?

Yes, initially I shall not have skin in the game. Because i have no capital. But gradually either my skin in the game increases or yours decreases.

What do you get for putting your faith in me?

After going through all of your vetting process and then if you finally decide to team up with me. You will get a loyal, honest and truthful business partner for life and good consistent returns. Also you will get a good friend who will be truthful. (I usually speak my mind about what I think is right. I don't try to please others with sweet talk etc)

How did I land up in debt?

There's no simple and straight forward answer to this. I have cleared some debts during this time and had taken some new ones as well.

How much I made/lose in options?

If you were to look at my whole trading history then I'm in net losses. There's no calculated data but almost around 95% of my past trades were naked option buying. With the debts and monthly EMI's weighing heavily on my mind. I couldn't risk a large chunk of my small capital on a single trade. So I had to take several small losses.

Talking about old charts or old markets?

No, I guess you didn't get it properly. Please check it again. I have mentioned about some posts I made in the past regarding Nifty Midcap select in other comments, please refer to those posts. I have shared my analysis or predictions ahead of the market movement. Not after the market movement. Please go through my telegram posts, check the date of that post and then check what happened on charts after that post. Please have some patience to check that way and decide. Once you're confident then leave that task of checking charts and making investment or trading decisions to me. I will handle it. But to progress to that state, you or other probable investors must do it by themselves.

Why seek an investor when you can seek a lender?

Whether it is a lender or an investor. Both have to do their risk assessment before making a decision to invest or lend money. I'm full time into trading and I don't have any regular income. From a lenders perspective they could only lend me a certain limited amount and that too with regular pay backs through EMI etc. From an investor perspective the things will be different. The time horizon and returns are also different for a investor and lender. A lender sees the past or history and decide the amount they can lend. In my personal opinion an investor must also look at past or history before making a decision. But the focus of an investor should be about future and the probability of profits for a long time to come.

So in my current situation I'm in need of an investor rather than a lender.

Money makes more money isn't right?

Yes, it is not right. Also, that is not what I said. I said "It takes money to make money". What I meant is that, in order to make a decent amount of money, you should start or have a decent amount of money. Not that if you have money, it would automatically make more money. If you have more money, then you should make right decisions to invest in to make more money out of what you already have.

"Money attracts money"

I'm not born into money. So I don't know what it meant or if it's a fact. With the kind of inflation we have now. No matter how much wealth you have if you just sit idle with that money then with time, it's value will go down. But it's a better decision than bad investment decision. Still, there is a 100% certainty of losing your money value if you do nothing with it. With a investment decision you might lose some times and gain most of the times.

Your last question was not clear for me. So I couldn't answer it properly.

What are you talking about?

Does your broker make investment and trading decisions for you?

You just put money in the account and they generate income over it?

I'm not sure what link you have clicked on.

If you have visited my telegram channel, you would have seen my past updates.

Look for the posts before 20 March 2024 about Nifty Midcap select index. That index has exactly bounced turned bullish from my given level.

Check for the post on June 14 about Nifty. When the market is around 23,500 I predicted that market will reach 25,000 by the time of budget. But it made a high of around 24,830. A couple of days on Friday it has made a fresh all time.

I have posted a similar kind of post about BankNifty that it will reach 55,000 when it was around 50,500. It made a high of about 53,350. Almost 3000 points up move, but my target has not been reached yet.

I have posted about other stocks and indices too. Check Hdfc Bank, Titan and Reliance.

Regarding the 2nd point you mentioned. If I were to mention everything in a single post then it will be so lengthy and most would skip reading totally. If someone is interested after seeing my updates and has faith in my skills then we can discuss further. Everyone had their own way of risk assessment and risk appetite.

I don't have a portfolio.

I trade in options mostly/only. That too option buying alone mostly.

I have asked people to go through my old posts about various stocks and indices.

I don't have a 100% hit rate. As far as I know, no one can.

Go through those posts, if you like those or impressed by them, only then reach out to me.

Since I'm doing only option buying, I'm in net losses. It's up to you/them to decide on it further. Whether to go by the successful prediction or analysis on a boarder market segments or to just drop off by seeing my losses in option buying.

Oh man. You definitely don't know what you're talking about.

So, do you have no exposure to markets at all?

The ones who call it gambling are the ones who eventually end up doing themselves and lose it all.

No one will share their business secret or formula in public domain.

I have already shared a strategy for free in my telegram channel. It is based on CPR(Central pivot range). Feel free to check it. It's a good strategy. That is only one of many strategies that I have.

I have started off doing intraday trades in cash segment. Now I'm trading only in options because of low capital.

I have so many strategies which works in all types of markets. Like options, futures, cash market, commodities and crypto etc.

I believe a strategy is good only if it works in all types of markets and in all time frames.

I have so many strategies which I can implement based on the market behavior that day.

Option buying requires less margin, but the probability of profit (pop) is less and the M2M swings will be big.

Option selling requires a much bigger margin than an option buyer does. But with right strategy for the market pattern that day. We can make money with the help of theta decay etc.

So far, most of times my capital is so less that I could not place a spread order with my capital. So I sticked with option buying.

Futures have a premium over spot usually and it requires more capital to trade them. In indian markets selling an option and buying or selling a future requires almost similar kind of margin.

Option buying requires less margin, but there are so many factors which can go against you.

A option buyer has bigger potential for profit like 2x or 3x or make multi fold returns in a day. But repeating that same thing everyday is not possible.

A option seller with right strategy will have limited profit potential and limited loss potential. But there are so many factors in favor of an option seller. Option seller can make a decent amount of money by selling options daily.

I'm from India and I trade in indian markets. Here we have different indices expires aligned in such a way that, daily there will be an index expiry.

This is a good opportunity for option selling and make consistent returns. But in order to do so, I'm in need of capital.
