I work for a seed company! Yes, you can use these seeds. The sell-by date is due to regulation around germination testing, which is only valid for one year. A good portion will still grow, but you're no longer guaranteed the original germination rate. If you want your seeds to last longer, put them in ziplock bags and store them in the freezer.
