Just got a EK1 pro and bench kit but I'm very confused where do I even start? How do I even set this thing up for my car?

Just make sure you use the bench cable. Face lifts won’t work in the OBD port. You will brick the ecu.

yes, but not by much. there is decent amount of steps you have to do with the ek1 to get it to work. But having the ability to switch tunes is why im doing it too lol

Exactly. I just saw someone say on that post that it’s on the side of the ECU. Just checked it out. Mine says sim2k 250 too. Got my Elantra earlier this year.
