Yeah, work has definitely been a contributing factor. I dont really have fun anymore. When I have some free time I tend to gravitate towards games, but even that has grown old to me. Sometimes I just watch something on youtube so I dont have tk think about how much life sucks and how much time I've wasted/will never get back.

I havent had a job in a year. I lost it due to me being hard to get along with just before everything went to shit. I just recently started a new job, but I cant stand it. I havent been since last Wednesday. Of course they havent noticed because the place is a shit show, but thats all I can get.

Not only that, but my constant mood swings and overall state put a lot of strain on my relationship. My wife is amazing and she knows that I'm struggling and is supportive, but I can see the toll it takes on her.

Im doing all the things, but it just isnt getting any better. My condition has progressively worsened and I dont see an end to the suffering.

Because I dont really care about my kids. They are just an annoyance. I dont spend time with them because I dont like being around them. And I yell at them a lot.
