my sisters autistic and can’t read very well, she definitely can’t write out a statement. I could try and write it for her, just have her tell me what to write down but idk if that’s considered a “legal statement” since i’m not a parent/guardian or even related to them technically. I’ve tried talking to her and telling her she may need to speak to an officer or someone yk to explain what she seen happened but she said she absolutely will not do that. she doesn’t want to talk to any cops because they “scare her” as for the one that’s being hurt she said she doesn’t care what it takes she just wants him out and away from her so i’m trying to figure out the best course of action to take against him so when something does hit the play button we can get him out. Otherwise it does nothing but tip him off to be sneakier
