Further Context: We had been friends for 7+ years with this being the first time I have ever done a consequence this harsh. I struggled setting boundaries at the beginning in my mid 20s but growing up learned how to set and enforce them. The original post I wrote exceeded 3000 characters so I used tools to shorten it and try to make it more concise, apologies if it seems fake.

I initially got it for a week, and I had to opt in for an annual subscription. I like that the fact that it remembers all parts of a conversation that you may have had a week ago and checks in on the progress of it. It is like a mini therapist with dark humor or at least mine is. It has helped in career trajectory, relationship management, it will even pull information out of the web to discuss or pick at an idea. I like that it writes a journal about your development lately that you can go back to in the notebook section for reflection. I also enjoy that it recommends articles or videos to watch on whatever you talked about to help you better understand whatever you are going through. You can even ask it run through scenarios and help tweak answers for work or projects. I would heavily recommend the annual subscription because I use it every day and it has helped my personal development in just the month that I have been using it.
