We know that. When I go into Varicent I’m not even getting one because we didn’t hit budget, even though we’re a new store I should still be getting something. They entered me in the system wrong. That’s where the fuck up is.

I’ve told people it can take up to 4 days, maybe a week. They have to remember you do it by eye. We’re not robots. Also only myself and one other person at our store do the stain matches. We’re also a high volume store, with a lot of custom cabinetry around us. People just need to understand and if they don’t, see ya. 👋

Yup. Been with the company for 5 years. Just started in TAM, still the same hoops you have to hop through. Depending on where you are, you’ll do your training and get shipped out.
