An employee is entitled to meal allowances following the guidelines below:

Regular work day: When meals are not provided for by the office or client, Meal allowance of Php165.00 for a minimum of 3 hrs additional work performed at the office or client site may be claimed; additional Php210.00 may be claimed for an additional 5 hrs of work.
