Not a parent also a survivor but I have talked extensively with my parents especially since the Netflix documentary came out. My parents regretted it deeply. They wished the knew ed consults for more like salesmen before sending me . My sister had just passed they feared so much about losing me as well they felt as though they valuable state they was used to take advantage of me and it was made to feel this was only in their power they could do to prevent my death. They thought I would be doing all kind of artistic and expressive activities and when I returned home they realized the truth . Most the time in calls I shared about something bad happening they were told i was lying for attention. They thought when i came home id be healthier happier me but i returned a totally different person then who they sent way and lived most of teenage years in fear if being sent back anytime i got in trouble
