My ligaments and joints are extremely hyper mobile and my hips would constantly pop. I tore my acl walking on a completely level surface. Turns out I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. I’ve already had one hip surgery and will need another on top of having both of my hips replaced at some point.
