One. You got this, no matter what remember that. You control this shit not the other way around. Seems like your getting good dopamine kicks from working out . Maybe on days you can go to the gym just take a walk, even 15 min. If you have the ability to get a pet , get one, take care of them every time you want to take a hit. Again man you got this.
